Impregnated diamond bit types
Artificial diamond insert reamer: this product uses high grade artificial diamond and polycrystalline strip, the matrix wear resistance is high,the water performance is good, therefore the service life is long, the efficiency is high.
Natural diamonds etreaming shell (Heavy duty): this product is made of high quality and selected natural diamond and polycrystalline, with high efficiency of water transfer performance, durability and satisfactory drilling efficiency .
Mixed reaming shell (Super heavy duty): natural and artificial diamonds are mixed in the tire body during the production process to extend the service life and achieve the best time of reaming and drilling.

A1: Our factory is located in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, it takes only about 2 hours driving from Shanghai.Q2. How do you control quality?A2: ISO9001 has been passed. Mill Test Certificate is supplied , meanwhile the Third Party Inspection is available according to customers' requirement.Q3. What are the advantages of your company?A3: Our core productivity is supported by American Inductotherm heat treatment equipment, MAZAK CNC machine tools, and Siemens control system.Q4. Can you arrange the shipment?A4: Yes, of course, we have our forwarders which has cooperated with us for years.Q5. How about the delivery time?A5: It will be decided by the orders. Normally within 3 days after receiving your advance payment if we have stock.Q6. Can you provide sample?A6: Small samples in store can be provided for free.
